no we don't have anything intelligent enough to set
the light to red if we are going to fast. In the
US, about the worst thing we have is that on
certain highways if you are going too fast a camera
will take a picture of your license plate and you
will get a ticket in the mail, though that is not
very common. And the sensors rely on metal mass,
not on weight, so Harley might get sensed just
because it has a lot more metal on it, even if
it was the same weight as the savage.
